Very nice, workable & the right size.A bit difficult to press & fold down again.Do recommend this product. ThanksMy recommendation is to just buy the weight bearing brackets as the board material provided to be placed on top of the brackets is a laminated particle board not real solid wood. The laminated surface makes it look tacky as I can see it getting chipped and scratched up as more work will be done on it.Just get the brackets and purchase a nice piece of wood from your hardware store of the dimensions here (or larger if your planning to get longer hinges or add another for more weight support). The directions were pretty hard to follow, looks like a rough translation from another language. but if i were to summarize:1. Find Studs you want to install the bracket on measure center2. Grab Bracket and center it against the stud mark and identify where you will be doing your drilling for the screws3. after all brackets are aligned the same distance from the floor to the holes (measure twice, drill/screw once) drill the holes into the wall where the screws will push through4. grab the bracket and screw them into the wholes, make sure it is level5. repeat for remaining brackets against other studs6. place board material on top of brackets make sure it's level before proceeding otherwise adjust to level7. screw in board to hinges of bracket.8. that's it.some special notes:- if you mess up the level/alignment you'll need to do it again away from your messed up holes to avoid enlarging it and not being able to secure the bracket against the stud. i usually do an inch away from the messed up holes and just dry wall repair the messed up ones- when installing the brackets to the board, they should be within 3 inches from the edge of the board to allow for better weigh distribution. they don't need to be symmetrical with the board just center of it enough to accommodate uneven weight.Works great! Easy setupThe table is great, I agree with all the other statements and did not use the supplied hardware and used my own stainless steel 3 inch exterior screws to mount the fold down brackets into the studs in the wall. Otherwise it’s sturdy and should last a long time.Brackets are nice. Wood-look panel not so much.Very sturdy metal brackets, quality made product, table top is pressed board but looks great.Very easy to installLove this folding table. I actually have room to leave mine up all the time. Lots of room, I also use this table to dry my dog on after her bath, big enough for her to be comfortable (13 pounds) and large enough for her doggie hair dryer as well.
