I bought these because I liked the design and the other brand I purchased didn’t have a Valentine design. They are easy to clean but are VERY thin and they slide on the table. But after a couple of weeks they flatten out nicely.I was a little concerned at first because there is so much white background that they would not clean up well. But to my surprise they are very easy to clean and red foods (like tomato sauce, ketchup, sriracha sauce, etc.) did not leave a stain. Even my husband is pleased with them. That is a big plus. I would recommend to anyone that is looking at these placemats.Have no problem with them at all.These are beautiful placemats. The vintage pictures is nice quality, not pixelated like others. They come rolled up tightly. so curl upon opening.
