This table was purchased for our senior mother who moved to a small apartment. It fits nicely and looks ok. The table top is fairly thin and is unstable if you lean on it (imagine playing a game and leaning in to grab the dice or pressing on it to stand). The fold down sides do not unfold to create a solid table, there is a gap. Each side is held up with a wood slat in the center, making it less stable. For a table that may not be used a whole lot, it’s not a bad purchase, but for an everyday table or a senior I do not recommend it.
