This is by far the BEST indoor/outdoor area rug we have ever owned for our pool deck. Our deck is surfaced with navy marine carpet which gets extremely hot in the sun. Other rugs we have owned have been even hotter actually so hot we were unable to step on them without shoes. This rug, however, gets slightly warm but never gets too warm to comfortably walk on with bare feet even after hours of direct sun. It is not plush but not intended to be. It drys quickly and so far has not shown any signs of fading. It is soft to the touch and the color is bright and cheerful which is perfect poolside. I would definitely recommend this rug for indoor use as well perhaps on a porch or in a breezeway or even in a kitchen or playroom. Spills wipe up easily. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We recommend this rug without reservation! Great price for a very large rug!
