These chairs are outside our small coffee shop and within the first few weeks, the legs began to bend awkwardly. I asked the company for a replacement or return under the warranty and they said that it was outside the return policy. Outdoor chairs should last more than 5 weeks. They are now too bent to sit safely. It was just a fluke with one chair, it happened to all 4 of them.We’ve had the set for several weeks now, and it’s a nice addition to a small patio. Assembly for the table was super easy. The chairs take a little more work and don’t seem quite as stable. But they’ve been reliable for daily use. The table and chairs loom great and work well for snacks, meals, and outdoor telecommuting.Tip/warning: the plastic covers that conceal the screws come off easily, so I thought I’d affix them with superglue. Worked great. But, later the chair arm supports became a little loose and needed tightening, which wasn’t easy with the covers glued on. So feel free to glue the covers everywhere else, but keep the screws at the front of the chair armrests accessible in case you need to tighten them later. No other areas have needed any adjustments in my experience.We purchased these chairs and the only down side is that the seller did NOT keep us informed about the delivery. The UPS label was produced and never changed from day 1 until delivered. I wrote to the seller 3 times with absolutely no response. Anyway they FINALLY arrived and they are very comfortable chairs. They were well packaged and easy to put together. They provide an Allen wrench to torque the screws...would have been so much easier to use a screw driver, but probably China doesn't have a screwdriver! They went together easily. The caps that you put over the screws popped off in the heat of the sun, so I put a drop of glue on them to prevent them popping off. They match our black table nicely so we have a lovely table and chairs on our patio.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will be disappointed. They look good in the picture and the price is right, but it doesn't matter because they are unusable. The screws strip out, which does not allow the arms and legs to stay together with the seat and backrest making them wobbly and dangerous to sit in. We tried to return them and imagine trying to find a box to fit 8 chairs and imagine the shipping cost to return 8 chairs. What a hassle. The sellers of this product aren't helpful either. They hope that people just don't return them because of the hassle.Bought 3 sets for a patio for a small restaurant. The tables are good. The chairs are a different story. They are wobbly and just don't fit together well. Some of the arm rest screws do not tighten, just keep spinning. Besides this, 2 of the chairs came in broken. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company but their phone message says no one is available and you have to send an email, which I have done with no response. At this point I am just trying to return them and get my money back.This set was very disappointing. I bought 4 sets for outdoor seating at my business and I have to tighten the screws daily. They are light use and still they fell apart within the first 2 days. The chairs are very flimsy and don't stay together. I spent nearly $1000 on these and I don't expect them to make it through summer. I noticed today a piece of the arm was broken off. Don't waste your money on this set.Getting rained on daily and taking it like a champ.Tables look great. Feel solid and high quality.
