Was so excited to receive and so initially disappointed in the product. The rattan is nice and the shades assembled easily, but the excess electrical cord at the top made it difficult to fit the bulb & harp holder onto the lamp. The cord would not push down through the top nor could it be pulled from the bottom. I thought I had been sent a faulty product and would have to take the lamps to a repair shop.With a little more patience and determination, I was able to coil up the excess wire enough to allow for the bulb cradle to screw on to the base. Perhaps I wouldn’t have jumped the gun on the disappointed review if that had been explained on the otherwise clear directions.I still haven’t been able to work the phone charger feature, but that’s of minor importance, as these lamps were exactly what I wanted and the price was right.
