This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I needed a smaller table to go with some chairs I already had and this table matches the chairs PERFECT. It looks like a complete set. The size fits my family of 3 perfect; I see no trouble having one more person eating a meal with us at this table. (We actually have a 4th chair but it has a high chair attached so I excluded it from the pic.) I would say, you just wouldn't be able to have anything else other than your plates and cups on the table. There wouldn't be room for dishes of food which is totally fine for us. I'd say that would work in a 2 person setting.There was a smidge of shipping damage but I was able to fix it with some wood glue. I do think it should be packaged better because UPS and FedEx will never handle anything with care. You're unable to tell where I glued (it was a small piece on the side). The top wasn't damaged. It's a very sturdy table and very easy to put together. I put it together by myself (40 yr old woman) in about 20 mins. It feels like solid wood so I expect it to last a long time.Overall, very happy with this purchase.
