Remodelling our home for a little in-law suite apartment, space is very limited and needed a small dinette. The measurements of this set fits the bill. It took me about 35 minutes to put it together, instructions were fairly easy to follow. All the pieces added up and all the holes aligned with the screws. It's pretty sturdy, approximate weight of the entire set is 40 lbs. Holds our weight pretty well, I'm 105lbs, hubby is 240 lbs. Felt pads will definitely be needed to be placed at the bottom of the chair/table legs if you will be moving them around so it won't scratch the floors. Cushion chair pads are a must as the seats are flat and hard, the pads maked a huge difference in comfort. Set is versatile, you can move it around to whatever position you want it to be. It's simple, basic furniture, but if you add cute decor around it and the seat cushions, it looks a little more prettier! :P Overall a good purchase for the price, would recommend to others.
