Very nice chandeliers, I love them!As a person with 20+ years experience installing many types of lights, outlets and switches, I found this product impossible!First off has no instructions, however it needed to be assembled...as in the arms are not connected to the main wire at all.Requires electrician tools, wire striper, pinch pliers, etc.The grand finaly is there is not enough space to get it wired to the box because the face plate is integrated with the hanging system.Bottom line, no way to install this with the parts provided or without electrician tools.
