We bought two just to see if they fit with our table and were what we wanted. One of the chair backs was damaged and they sent a replacement without any problems. We liked them so well that we bought eight more. The chairs are very comfortable and look great with our table. Delivery was prompt with no damage to the second order. Assembly is fairly easy but one person would have some difficulty unless very experienced with this type assembly. Some of the tight spaces were awkward but everything fit together perfectly and the chairs are very sturdy and well made.
