I was lucky enough to purchase used 'like new' but you see how it arrived :(Whoever returned it in this condition should be ashamed of yourself. You're the reason all of us have to wait for our refunds now.But, i was determined to clean it all up and assemble it anyway. To my pleasant surprise, all the crystals were there and only one was chipped. A few scratches and a little dent on the base, i was willing to live with. If you can afford new then you will not have these issues, as it is extremely well packed from the manufacturer.Super easy to put together, the thing that takes time is putting on all those crystals... bit they are what makes it so gorgeous.Im totally in love ♡
