Love, love, love this ceiling fan!!! It is SO beautiful and just pops when you walk into the room. And the remote makes all the great features just so accessible; as I makeover additional rooms, strongly considering purchasing more of these!!!Nice fan..but the light receptor went out in one day had to replace it. The light would not come on...the fan worked......they offered a refund but I spend $100 for installation. Receptor replacement $40 at Lowes...I was a little frustrated ?Description clearly says 4. 9 & 9 ' downrod.. It only has a 12" downrod.. Doesn't work with a 14' ceiling...Buyer bewareHoles don't line up. You can't add the Crystal part to the fan, no wires to hang crystal balls on the bottom. The picture makes the fan look a lot bigger than it is. But none of this matters because you can't put it together. Waste of time and energy... UGH...I can't say much about the functioning of this ceiling fan as I just purchased it, but the electrician installed fan is beautifulI keep getting exclamations of "Wow!"
