Liked everythingThis looks exactly as pictured style-wise but the size was larger than I thought. I had planned to put it in our powder room but it was too big so we ended up putting it in our sitting room off of the kitchen. I liked it enough that I found a new home for it (didn't want to return it). It's the simple, rustic look I wanted.Fairly easy install but I’ve done this quite a few times over the years. I could see how someone who might not be familiar with the whole process could get lost or confused so I’ll take a star away for that.Pros: Beautiful design, fits right in with our dining area. Provides a great about of light for our space, and again fairly easy assembly/install if you generally know what you’re doing. Materials seem pretty sturdy, we’ve had it installed for about a month or so and had no issues with it. It certainly came with everything we need to perform the install.Cons: Directions could be confusing, I would like to see them revisited and made easier to understand the actual assembly.Product was as described and I love it.Absolutely loved how this chandelier looks in our dining room area. For the value of this the look an quality is worth it. Like other people said the instructions are minimal we had to figure out how all the parts worked but once we did it was easy to out together. One note to remember the bottom piece when you try to remove it use a screw driver to help twist the bottom piece out. Other than great great purchase!I wish it could hang a little higher, my husband has to duck a bit when he walks thru the hall. But the item itself is stunning and goes perfectly with my decorating style. I HIGHLY recommend it.It’s pretty but no directions came with it and it was a pain to put together
