I love this coffee table. It wasn't easy to put together because of the top that opens. Hubby & gndson assembled it & even tho hubby is known as "Mr. fix it" he put the top on backwards at first & couldn't figure out what was wrong until gndson said, "Pop you have it on backward." I got the dk brown & white one to match my dark brown carpets. It's sturdy & has a huge storing space. If you're looking for a new coffee table & like to save everything like I do then this is the table for you. Except for the assembly, you won't be disappointed. If you're not good at assembling then make sure you have someone there to do it for you.Top is flimsy, careful when opening or closing, because of aluminum bracesIt was very difficult for the two of us to assemble and it took half the afternoon to finally get it together. My husband keeps his laptop and speakers in it and when he uses the laptop it's very convenient to put it on top and sit on the couch and then put it away out of sight when he is finished.I was surprised by the amount of storage under the 'lift top' and super happy how it looks.*Note-you need two people to get it together!Would have given 5 stars, but instructions were pretty lengthy. Diagrams were fairly easy to understand, and it wasn't as difficult for me as it may be for others. I've had a lot of experience with furniture assembly over the years.The finished product is solid and looks great. I use it in my motorhome and appreciate the storage solution as well as being able to use it as a makeshift desk or TV "trays".This table is a nice piece. Pretty sturdy. The installation instructions seemed like they were written by a child!this unit is sturdy and looks very nice. Its pretty straightforward to assemble (took 1.5 hours) and the only really tricky part was attaching the top of the coffee table to the hinges because you are working in a cramped space with very little screws. But I managed - Looks great and would recommend.Fast delivery and assembly was not difficult. Happy with the purchase
