I love these chairs. They are a smooth fabric, a GORGEOUS color (i waited for the brown heather to become available), and easy to put together. Solid wood inside made me feel sure theyd last a long time. They are 100% worth the cost, even if just for styling alone. They're comfortable. They support my lumber and that makes me very happy.NOTE: I'm a size 8/10 womens. My rear fits comfortably between the side edges of the seat. The sides do come forward some (obviously), and that could be uncomfortable to sit "on" if someone was very, very wide. The nice thing is that if you were bigger than me, you can scoot your rear a little forward and you'll avoid that edge (but again, if youre much, much larger, then it it'll likely be uncomfortable.) That is the style of this chair, and I thought about it before I bought them. I bought them anyways because they're gorgeous and comfy for me and my family. I included pics of the measurements between the edges for your info. They're not super large so they fit around my 8-person table perfectly. (I have kids, so the photo shows my table covered in cheap plastic to protect it, sorry. I have little gray towels on the chair cushions as well now). The customer service is A+. They called me the day of delivery, after the expected delivery time, to make sure they arrived well and that I was happy. (Be aware, they call from an unlisted number. It's probably China? So it might appear as spam). The assembly is zippered under the seat and everything comes very protected. Instructions are clear. I found tightening bolts to about 90%, sitting chair upright, then putting a little pressure on it while finishing tightening helps the feet be level on the floor. I did it in my garage too, so I was sure it was on a level surface before tightening.I look forward to editing this review over time, but for the price, I'm extremely happy.
