I consider myself pretty handy and have done several replacements of electrical fixtures including chandeliers. Firstly there are no instructions. The components are so hard to put together. The most difficult part was to hand this to the ceiling. The screws provided were short and would not let me screw the chandelier to the base plate. It took me at least an hour or more to align 4 screws and tighten to the base plate. The glass pieces that go in the chandelier take a while to align correctly too. My recommendation is save the pain and get something else.We received it with broken partsThis is a beautiful lamp. I am giving 3 stars because came with some of the glass broken and incomplete. Have been talking to the manufacturer and they are really good in responding and to solve the problem . I am waiting for the missing/broken pieces to arrived. Just make sure to count your glass while you put in on others you may need to take the whole thing down to count them and then put all of it up again . It is a bit frustrating. But once i have my lamp complete i am pretty sure i will be happy !!!UPDATE: customer service is excellent, they reached out to find which pieces were missing and provided better directions on how to put the crystals. They have stayed in contact to make sure i am happy with the product and solve my problem. Company is very proud of thier product and having satisfied customers, i highly recommend. Beautiful piece dont think twice about buying it.Love the light and it looks beautiful. The only issue is that the wire on top gets caught up with the chandelier sticks and some cannot stand straight due to that wire getting in the way.This light is very pretty, however be warned that this requires expert level installation/assembly. The instructions are terrible and it’s very difficult to maneuver the gold cover plate because there’s a large led power supply box that has to fit inside of it. Once it’s finally up, you have to place each glass tube in individually. Some of the glass tubes came broken, but they gave extra tubes which was really nice. Don’t buy this if you have never installed a light or rarely do that type of thing.I wish they had this in a large rectangular size because it’s simply beautiful. Completely changed the look of our kitchen! Would highly recommend.We had an electrician professionally install the base but we inserted the crystals ourselves and it took less than 30 minutes. We then used zip ties so that the cord didn’t stick out too much.
