These contemporary and whimsical table lamps exceed expectations of this hugely picky, er, discerning amateur home decorator. I know Safavieh to be a quality brand for rugs and have bought several, but I had no idea they deal in table lamps. This pair of Jenna lamps arrived in secure, cleverly designed packaging. The lamp base is of sturdy painted metal with not a chip or scratch in sight. Love the dark red color! The shade of ivory linen had no loose threads. The stacked and graduated ball shapes of the base are new and fun, adding a design counterpoint to the strong geometry and high ceilings of the home library which they now occupy, atop my Miles Redd chest of black lacquer with a white marble top.
