The rug is a little thin and the backing particularly rough compared to other rugs and runners I have but it was worth the price. Colorful and matches my blue bedroom to segway into a yellow bathroom. I cannot complain. The pattern is not as crisp so I would worry about ordering a large rug with this maker as it seems to be more blocky/pixelated than fine and detailed. For a runner, it does not bother me but I would return it if it was a full area rug.The rug does come tightly rolled but the creeses naturally relaxed within days. Most importantly, no strange new rug smell and with a pad underneath, it does not slide.
