Lovely talking piece . It takes some patience to assemble. I would recommend anyone to request instructions with your purchase. It's worth the money and a Gorgeous Chandelier!! The Service is outstanding with answering Questions or any issues that might come up or you need assistance!Beautiful chandelierThis one only works with the remote but not with a three way switch. You have to choose which one you would prefer because you can't have both. This is the only thing that gave me a hard time and I did hire an electrician to install it. The absence of a schematic did not help and the person I hired refused to do it because he did not want to damage the fixture circuitry. It looked simple red, white and black wire connection but it tripped up my breaker when you turn on the three way switch. The seller was very responsive to my queries and that was a blessing. Gave five stars because product was beautiful and price was a lot cheaper.The light is pretty but no instructions.....finally found the candelabra lights right size......one of the connect piece kept coming out and would not stay had to repair on my own.....hopefully you will consider instructions, and a follow up quality check before shipping out to make sure all is well. The light is very pretty once installed.I believe this is a beautiful chandelier HOWEVER it comes completely disassembled with literally hundreds of pieces and (you will love this) NO INSTRUCTIONS of any kind. You spend this kind of money on a chandelier and they can’t at least give you a one page sheet of instructions? Not even so much as a wiring diagram on where to hook the Red and Black wires. Not black and white like a normal job, Red and black. If you don’t have a LOT and I mean a LOT of patience Do Not Buy!!Beautiful!!! We used this in our church. It comes with no helpful instructions. It took lots of prayer and MANY hours to put each one of the crystals on but it was worth it. Kalri customer service is great. They respond quickly and are very helpful. I will purchase their products again. It looks beautiful in our church.Beautiful Chandler the price good and good customer service I don't like that it doesn't have good instructions. You need to put a lot of time on it to put it together.Total mess. Instructions are for another light. Bulb size is an E14 good luck finding that bulb. Just a piece of junk for $183. Buy a light designed for American installation as the provided bracket needs to be retrofitted. Light should take about an hour tops 2 to install, this will be a 3 day job.
