Had a dent in the top when it arrived and wasn't made to fit level with our vaulted ceiling, but my husband "fixed" it ?. Other than that, looks great and much cheaper than LowesLove this over our dining room table. Get many comments on it. Was easy to assemble and install.The installation instructions provided were not detailed at all, so if you don't have much experience installing lights you'll may want to hire an electrcian. However, having installed many lights over the years I found assembly and installation to be pretty straightforward and intuitive. The light works perfectly and looks great in our dining room!We bought an old home and the kitchen light was old and not pretty .. this came fast was easy to install had 3 diffirent options for length. We are very pleasedLove this light fixture! Is perfect for my dinning area!First of all I want to say that we very happy with the finished product.But what a pain in the ass to install.I’m not a rookie hanging lights. I’ve done hundreds. I’m 60 years old and own 30 properties so I’m qualified to say that this was the biggest pain I’ve ever done. I even had my wife read the instructions since i don’t.The biggest issue was the bracket that the light was mounted to. There’s one universal round type and the next one that is longer was the issue. If it were threaded with holes in the exact length needed it would have been considerably easier.That and the fact that the light had to be held up by an assistant while the electrical connections were made for a much more difficult job than was necessary.I don’t know why they didn’t copy off of any ceiling fan installation that allows a hooking system that takes the weight of the fixture while the electric connections are made....So 2 people, 2 ladders and some patience...Good luck!It came undamaged in a reasonable amount of time. The install is super easy, it’s a light. It probably recommends to have a buddy help with holding the light but I was able to do it by myself. It comes with adjustable lengths for the rods so you can customize the heights at which the fixture hangs. I added some dimmable LED lights and it looks and functions beautifully. (40 WATT MAX)Nice fixture
