These new lamps look great in our living area. The burnt orange glaze is very pretty. Here's a tip for whoever is going to do the assembly: Twist the socket end cord counterclockwise several turns, before you start threading it onto the lamp. That way, the cord will not be as twisted as you finish the assembly.Everything met all expectations except the shades came damaged, instead of re-boxing the lamps that I just unboxed and put the lamps together I will just be searching to get new lampshades vs sending them back for a new replacement.That was the only issue I had with these lamps!These lamps are so cute. They were very easy to put together and was very well packaged.The shades are different. Same bulbs that came with them. One looks white the other more cream color. I tried two other bulbs and the shades still look different. Also they aren't three way which isn't a big deal but would have been nice. Packaging very good. Hoping seller will send two new shades and I'll return these. I threw the box away.These lamps were perfect for my bedside tables.
