The rug is trimmed in gray/black not brown. Wanted to return. Took several days to hear back from the company with return information. Then they shipped another one to me. So now I had to return 2!! Both were charged on my credit card. To add salt to the wound, they are charging a 15% restocking fee on both!!! Never saw anything mentioned on that on the order page. Very disappointing!!!!!
