I bought 8 chairs..4 packages. They look beautiful. Easy to assemble, but 3 out of the eight have a defect. The foam does not cover the entire back of the chair. I'm hoping they will replace. Otherwise, good value for the money. Chairs are very expensive. This is a good alternative if you want a classy look without spending a fortune.I bought four of these for a table that we rarely use. I liked the idea of color on the chairs instead of just wood/metal, and didn't really care about the comfort since they would just sit idle. But we decided to sit at that table for dinner one night and found the chairs to be very comfortable. Game night then moved to the table and now it's become a part of our everyday living!So besides the fact that they look fantastic and are a great price, the customer service was exceptional. As I was assembling the chairs, I discovered that the rivets were missing on one of the seats. I contacted the seller and had a response within the day. At first they were hoping to send a replacement seat but that wasn't an option, so they offered me a substantial refund to compensate. I accepted, purchased matching rivets, and installed them myself. No one -- including myself -- can tell which chair was fixed.The only thing I would change is that the color in the picture doesn't represent the slight teal edge these chairs have. I tried getting a picture to post, but those looked just like the seller's pictures so I guess that shows just how slight it really is. But if you are wanting/needing a more gray-blue, you might want to choose another fabric.Beautiful chairs, great value, very happy customer!!For the price these do the job. We needed chairs for a gaming table. They are easy to put together and are fairly sturdy. Fabric is ok and the stud detail is nice. They look great around the black table. We have a problem with the Velcro panel on the bottom coming off - it is a separate piece so you can put it together and the panel hides all the screws etc. Also, when you sit the cushion really collapses into itself and takes a while to fluff back up. It makes them not to comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. My son is wiggly (as most kids are ?) and we’ve already had to tighten the legs on the chair he sits in because they became loose. So just make sure no one is rocking or wiggling inthe chair too often lol. Again, for the price worth it but I’m not sure how long they will last with extended use.I ordered 2 Sets (4 chairs) In one set I got defective chairs Defects were as follows.1. Drills for wooden dowel pins were missing2. Misalignment of drills for bolts to join two parts.The other set is good even-though it took more time to assemble, there was also misalignment but was not as much the other one.I applied for refund and refund is going to process soon.Summary:1. overall fair quality.2. You can be unlucky if you get defective piece.3. If you get right piece then I think it's good deal.They look beautiful.. I do sit in mine for most of the day as I use it as an office chair .. doesn’t quite give me the support I had in other chair ... but then again it isn’t designed to be sat in all day. I think it would be great at dining table , kitchen table or occasional chair . Worth the moneyThese chairs are nice looking and overall a decent value given the low price. BUT, they came with issues. First, the finish on the legs is not very good as there are numerous nicks and "globs" from being sprayed instead of hand stained and not being handled carefully. Second, as has been reported by others, the bolt holes (in our case, 3 of the 8) through the corner braces didn't all align properly with the pre-drilled holes in the legs and had to be reamed out. Finally, all 8 threaded bolts used to attach the front legs to the chair base were too long. A quick trip to the hardware store solved this. So the chairs are assembled, sturdy, and good looking - if you don't look too closely.Chairs are decent. I ordered two sets (4 chairs). Easy to put together and seem pretty sturdy. They were delivered quickly. I’m giving it 3 stars because a few of the chairs were wobbly and the legs are all different colors. I was fine with the legs not matching the table since I knew that’d be nearly impossible, but I’m not fine with the legs not matching each other. I was going to order two more chairs but I probably won’t now.EDIT: One of the legs broke today. The actual wood of the leg broke, not the wooden part holding the screws in. I contacted the seller, hoping they'll replace this once chair since I have 3 others.
